Cameron Carlin is a native of Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1981 with a B.A. in Finance. Cameron started his career working for the Miami-Dade Court system; then he moved into the public utilities sector, where he was responsible for customer accounting. Cameron then had the good fortune of working 12 years for the Public Health Trust of Dade County, managing the financial intricacies of a skilled nursing facility. In 1996, he earned his M.B.A. from the University of Miami, graduating with academic honors. In 1999, Cameron moved his family to Safety Harbor, Florida to manage the construction of yachts at Trident Shipworks along with his brothers. Cameron currently holds the position of controller at Suojanen Enterprises. He is responsible for all facets of accounting for one of Tampa’s largest and most respected plumbing contractors.
Cameron also maintains the information and communication systems for Suojanen Enterprises, Inc. With the assistance of his exceptional staff, he has built the company software into one of the most comprehensive packages in the plumbing industry.
Cameron relies on over 26 years of diversified experience to manage his professional responsibilities, while still enjoying family time with his wife Karen and their three children.
