Jeff was neat and tidy and just a joy to have in our home.  He explained everything he was doing, even worked in both bathrooms although we had only called for service in one.  He explained the UPP, and gave information on the new water heating options- Although we aren't in need right now, when we are, we would like Jeff to do the work because we just loved him.  Jeff also speaks highly of the Pampering Plumber, which was great to hear... You don't hear that from employees very much these days.  He also left a coupon for future work.
