Again, P.P. provided Excellent service. We scheduled Mike Mitchell through Claudia to install a new kitchen faucet on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010. Mike called to advise time of arrival and as in the past, arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job in a timely manner. Claudia also did a good job explaining the service call procedure etc. We also appreciate everything Erik did to help us with this installation.  We appreciate everyone at P.P. and they will be our only
plumber in the future.
